DESIGN
The first step consists of designing the more than two hundred new models launched each season
RAW MATERIALS SELECTION
The production stage begins by carefully selecting quality raw materials: lamb, pig, cow or goat leathers that enter the factory already treated.
CUTTING
Old-fashioned manual cutting techniques are used along with pressure-cutting machines.
INSTEPS AND STRAPS
Each piece, both insteps and straps, must be trimmed and thinned to the suitable length and thickness.
STITCHING
During the next step, insteps must be glued to the lining and, subsequently, each piece backstitched and cut before the avarcas are modelled and shaped to adapt and fit our feet more comfortably. Later, insteps and uppers are sewn.
